Observation:  I talked before about the different ways neighborhoods secure abandoned houses (basically plywood or industrial grating systems), but I love what this neighborhood and others I’ve seen, have done with the plywood option.  I’m not sure who organizes, who selects the houses or who selects the artists, but it’s kind of refreshing to have bright spots on what are traditionally eyesores.
