Observation:  It’s been 27 days since my last ELM ride which is the biggest break I have taken since starting this project, and I so missed it.  The gap was really just a combination of the holiday activities and roads that have been just too snowy.  But the excitement of restarting was somewhat short lived.  It was cold, rainy, somewhat icy, there was zero art in the section I picked, and then my gears broke ten miles in so I had to cut the ride short – you can only stay in one gear for so long before going a little crazy.  Oh well, there is always tomorrow.
