Historic Fort Wayne

Observation:  Wonderful ride today that ended at the historic Fort Wayne.  I had heard about it my whole life, but had never even stepped foot in it before.  I’m not a history buff, but I can see that those who are would love it.  It was still was very cool to peek around and you can definitely get a feel for what it was like during its evolution when it was being used regularly.

Also, got a flat and because my pump wasn’t working well, some very helpful firemen were scrambling trying to help me.  First time being in a firehouse since I was in Cub Scouts 42 years ago…lol.

Distance:  28.79 miles

D-Fact:  Founded on July 24, 1701, Detroit is the oldest city west of the original thirteen colonies on this side of the Mississippi.
